At JUTTIFUL, each pair of mojaris is handcrafted with love and care. We strive for your complete satisfaction, but we understand that sometimes things don't work out.
Please read our policy below for returns, exchanges, and refunds.
We accept returns only for damaged or defective products.
Return requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
To be eligible, the mojari must be:
Unworn and in its original condition
In original packaging with tags (if any)
How to request a return:
Email us at info@juttiful.com with:
Your order number
Clear photos of the damaged/defective item
Once approved, we’ll provide return shipping instructions.
We offer one-time size exchange if the mojari doesn’t fit.
Exchange requests must be made within 5 days of delivery.
The product must be unused and returned in original condition.
Exchange shipping charges may be borne by the customer (unless the error is on our side).
Refunds are only issued:
For defective items that cannot be exchanged
If we are unable to fulfill your order
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
Customized or made-to-order mojaris
Items bought on sale or during promotional offers
For approved returns/exchanges, we will guide you through the shipping process.
You are responsible for shipping costs unless the return is due to a product fault on our part.
